Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Bingfuego currently focuses on serving customers in the United States. If shipping to additional countries is enabled on the website, the available destination will be confirmed during checkout through PayPal. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot safely or reasonably ship to the address provided.

Order processing time

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product restocks, or when an order needs additional review.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, or within the time required by applicable order delivery rules, we will contact you by email with an updated estimate and your available options, including cancellation and refund for unshipped items.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and seasonal volume. For most United States orders, delivery commonly takes several business days after dispatch, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking scans may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us so we can review the shipment.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. If you notice an address mistake, email us immediately. We can only change an address before the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows a delivery problem, email support@bingfuego.com with your order number, tracking number, and clear photos if applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on the next step, which may include replacement, refund, or carrier follow-up depending on the situation.

Taxes, customs, and import fees

If an order is shipped outside the United States after international shipping is enabled, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges collected by the carrier or destination country. These fees are not included in our product price unless clearly stated.
