Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email support@bingfuego.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging when possible. Vacuum replacement parts should be uninstalled and free from dirt, dust, or household debris. Beeswax sheets and craft supplies should be unused and not cut, melted, burned, scented, dyed, or otherwise altered.

Items that may not qualify

Used, installed, altered, customer-damaged, incomplete, final-sale, custom, or bulk-special-order items may not qualify for a return or refund. Products returned without contacting support first may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

Damaged, wrong, or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the case.

Return shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service because we cannot process a return that we do not receive.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or required by applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and should be handled through the return process. If an order is cancelled before shipment, we will refund the unshipped item amount to the original payment method.
